ClassyContent.com  Terms of Use Agreement

ClassyContent.com, Inc. (“ClassyContent.com” or “we”) operates ClassyContent.com, which is a social networking service that  allowsMembers to create unique personal profiles online in order  to find andcommunicate with old and new friends. ClassyContent.com can be contactedat contact@ClassyContent.com. The  services offered by ClassyContent.cominclude any ClassyContent.com branded URL (the "ClassyContent.comWebsite"), the  ClassyContent.com instant messaging service, the ClassyContent.com application developer service  and other features (for example, music and video embedded players), ClassyContent.com mobileservices, and any other features, content, or  applications offered fromtime to time by ClassyContent.com in  connection with ClassyContent.com’sbusiness (collectively, the  "ClassyContent.com Services"). TheClassyContent.com Services  are hosted in the United States.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the  legallybinding terms for your use of the ClassyContent.com  Services. By usingthe ClassyContent.com Services, you agree to  be bound by this Agreement,whether you are a "Visitor" (which  means that you simply browse theClassyContent.com Website,  including through a mobile device orotherwise use the ClassyContent.com Services without being registered)or you are a  "Member" (which means that you have registered withClassyContent.com).  The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the ClassyContent.com Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you  agree toabide by all applicable laws and the terms of this  Agreement. Pleaseread this Agreement carefully and save it. If  you do not agree to bebound by it or with any of the legal  provisions applicable to it and tofollow all applicable laws, you  should leave the ClassyContent.comWebsite and discontinue use  of the ClassyContent.com Servicesimmediately. If you wish to  become a Member, communicate with otherMembers and/or  make use of the ClassyContent.com Services, you must readthis  Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process.

This Agreement includes ClassyContent.com's policy for  acceptable use ofthe ClassyContent.com Services and Content  (as defined in Section 6.1below) posted on or through the  ClassyContent.com Services and yourrights, obligations and  restrictions regarding your use of theClassyContent.com Services  and Content posted on or through theClassyContent.com  Services.  In order to participate in certainClassyContent.com  Services, you may be notified that you are required todownload  software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions from ClassyContent.com. Unless otherwise provided by  theadditional terms and conditions applicable to the ClassyContent.comServices in which you choose to participate, those  additional terms arehereby incorporated into this Agreement.  You may receive a copy of thisAgreement by emailing us at:  sales@ClassyContent.com, Subject:Terms of Use  Agreement.

ClassyContent.com may modify this Agreement from time to time  and suchmodification shall be effective upon posting by ClassyContent.com on theClassyContent.com Website.  Your continued  use of the ClassyContent.comServices after ClassyContent.com  posts a revised Agreement signifiesyour acceptance of the  revised Agreement.  It is therefore importantthat you review this  Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated asto any  changes.

Please choose carefully the information you post on or through  theClassyContent.com Services and that you provide to other  Users. YourClassyContent.com profile may not include any form  of ProhibitedContent, as outlined in Section 8 below. Despite  this prohibition,information, materials, products or services  provided by otherClassyContent.com Members (for instance, in  their profile) may, in wholeor in part, be unauthorized,  impermissible or otherwise violate thisAgreement, and ClassyContent.com assumes no responsibility or liabilityfor this material.  If you become aware of misuse of theClassyContent.com  Services by any person, please click on the "ContactClassyContent.com” or the “Report Abuse” link at the bottom of the ClassyContent.com Website pages.

ClassyContent.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to  reject,refuse to post or remove any posting (including private  messages) byyou, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate  your access to all orany part of the ClassyContent.com Services  at any time, for any or noreason, with or without prior notice or  explanation, and withoutliability. ClassyContent.com expressly  reserves the right to remove yourprofile and/or deny, restrict,  suspend, or terminate your access to allor any part of the  ClassyContent.com Services if ClassyContent.comdetermines, in  its sole discretion that you have violated thisAgreement or pose  a threat to ClassyContent.com and/or its Users and/orviolating  any applicable law.

1. Eligibility. Use of the ClassyContent.com Services and  registrationto be a Member for the ClassyContent.com Services  (“Membership”) is voidwhere prohibited.  By using the ClassyContent.com Services, yourepresent and warrant that (a) all  registration information you submitis truthful and accurate; (b)  you will maintain the accuracy of suchinformation; (c) you are  18 years of age or older; and (d) your use ofthe Perfect- Nude.com Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.  Your profile may be deleted and your Membership  may beterminated without warning, if we believe that you are  under 18 yearsof age and you represent yourself as 18 or older, You must be 18 or older to use ClassyContent.com

2. Term. This Agreement, and any posted revision to this  Agreement,shall remain in full force and effect while you use the ClassyContent.com Services or are a Member. You may terminate  yourMembership at any time, for any reason, by sending a  request usingContac Us form. ClassyContent.com may terminate  your Membership at anytime, for any or no reason, with or  without prior notice orexplanation, and without liability. Even  after Membership isterminated, this Agreement will remain in  effect, including Sections 5-17.

3. Fees. You acknowledge that ClassyContent.com reserves the  right tocharge for any portion of the ClassyContent.com Services  and to changeits fees (if any) from time to time in its discretion.  IfClassyContent.com terminates your Membership because you  have breachedthe Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the  refund of any unusedportion of fees or payments (if any).

4. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will  also beasked to choose a password.  You are entirely  responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of your password.  You agree not to usethe account, username, or password of  another Member at any time or todisclose your password to any  third party.  You agree to notifyClassyContent.com immediately if  you suspect any unauthorized use ofyour account or access to  your password.  You are solely responsiblefor any and all use of  your account.

5. Use by Members. The ClassyContent.com Services are for the  personaluse of Members and may be used for promotional  purposes as well, butdirect commercial endeavors may only be  used if they are specificallyendorsed or authorized by ClassyContent.com.  ClassyContent.com reservesthe right to remove  commercial content in its sole discretion.  Illegaland/or  unauthorized use of the ClassyContent.com Services, including collecting usernames, userid numbers and/or email addresses of  Membersby electronic or other means for the purpose of  sending unsolicitedemail or unauthorized framing of or linking to  the ClassyContent.comWebsite, or employing third party  promotional sites or software topromote profiles for money, is  prohibited.  Commercial advertisements,affiliate links, and other  forms of unauthorized solicitation may beremoved from Member  profiles without notice or explanation and mayresult in  termination of Membership privileges.  ClassyContent.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any illegal  orunauthorized use of the ClassyContent.com Services.

6. Proprietary Rights in Content on ClassyContent.com.

6.1 ClassyContent.com does not claim any ownership rights  in thetext, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works,  works ofauthorship, applications, or any other materials  (collectively,"Content") that you post on or through the ClassyContent.com Services. After posting your Content to the ClassyContent.com Services, youcontinue to retain any such rights that  you may have in your Content,subject to the limited license  herein.  By displaying or publishing("posting") any Content on or  through the ClassyContent.com Services,you hereby grant to  ClassyContent.com a limited license to use, modify,delete from,  add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce,and  distribute such Content solely on or through the ClassyContent.comServices, including without limitation distributing part  or all of theClassyContent.com Website in any media formats and  through any mediachannels, except Content marked “private”  will not be distributedoutside the ClassyContent.com Website.  This limited license does notgrant ClassyContent.com the right to  sell or otherwise distribute yourContent outside of the ClassyContent.com Services.  After you removeyour Content from the  ClassyContent.com Website we will ceasedistribution as soon as  practicable, and at such time when distributionceases, the  license will terminate.  If after we have distributed yourContent  outside the ClassyContent.com Website you change the  Content’sprivacy setting to “private,” we will cease distribution of  such“private” Content outside the ClassyContent.com Website as  soon aspracticable after you make the change.

6.2 The license you grant to ClassyContent.com is non- exclusive(meaning you are free to license your Content to  anyone else inaddition to ClassyContent.com), fully-paid and  royalty-free (meaningthat ClassyContent.com is not required to  pay you for the use on theClassyContent.com Services of the  Content that you post), sublicensable(so that ClassyContent.com  is able to use its affiliates, subcontractorsand other partners  such as Internet content delivery networks andwireless carriers  to provide the ClassyContent.com Services), andworldwide  (because the Internet and the ClassyContent.com Services are global in reach).

6.3 You represent, warrant and covenant that: (i) you own  theContent posted by you on or through the ClassyContent.com  Services orotherwise have the right to grant the license set forth  in this Section6, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or  through theClassyContent.com Services does not violate any  applicable laws,including but not limited to the privacy rights,  publicity rights,intellectual property rights, copyrights, contract  rights or any otherrights of any person or entity.  You agree to  pay for all royalties,fees, and any other monies owing to any  person or entity by reason ofany Content posted by you on or  through the ClassyContent.com Services.

6.4 The ClassyContent.com Services contain Content of ClassyContent.com ("ClassyContent.com Content"). ClassyContent.com Contentis protected by copyright, trademark, patent,  trade secret, industrialsecret, and other laws, and ClassyContent.com owns and retains allrights in the ClassyContent.com  Content and the ClassyContent.comServices. ClassyContent.com  hereby grants you a limited, revocable,nonsublicensable license  to reproduce and display the ClassyContent.comContent  (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the ClassyContent.com Website and  using theClassyContent.com Services.

6.5 The ClassyContent.com Services contain Content of  Users andother ClassyContent.com licensors.  Except as  provided within thisAgreement, you may not copy, modify,  translate, publish, broadcast,transmit, distribute, perform,  display, or sell any Content appearingon or through the ClassyContent.com Services.

6.6 ClassyContent.com performs technical functions  necessary tooffer the ClassyContent.com Services, including but  not limited totranscoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its  use throughout theClassyContent.com Services.

7. Content Posted.

7.1 ClassyContent.com may reject, refuse to post or delete  anyContent for any or no reason, including Content that in the  solejudgment of ClassyContent.com violates this Agreement or  which may beoffensive, illegal or violate the rights of any person  or entity, orharm or threaten the safety of any person or entity.  ClassyContent.comassumes no responsibility for monitoring the  ClassyContent.com Servicesfor inappropriate Content or conduct.  If at any time ClassyContent.comchooses, in its sole discretion,  to monitor the ClassyContent.comServices, ClassyContent.com  nonetheless assumes no responsibility forthe Content, no  obligation to modify or remove any inappropriateContent, and no  responsibility for the conduct of the User submittingany such  Content.

7.2 You are solely responsible for the Content that you post  onor through any of the ClassyContent.com Services, and any  material orinformation that you transmit to other Members and  for yourinteractions with other Users.

7.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Content that you post on or through any of the ClassyContent.com  Services, andany material or information that you transmit to  other Users, conformsto all applicable data protection and  privacy laws, including ensuringthat you have obtained the prior  consent of any and all individualswhose personal information  you use and/or disclose on or throughClassyContent.com.

8   Content/Activity Prohibited. The following are examples of  thekind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or  through theClassyContent.com Services.  ClassyContent.com  reserves the right toinvestigate and take appropriate legal action  against anyone who, inClassyContent.com's sole discretion,  violates this provision, includingwithout limitation, removing the  offending Content from theClassyContent.com Services and  terminating the Membership of suchviolators.  Prohibited  Content includes, but is not limited to Contentthat, in the sole  discretion of ClassyContent.com:

8.1 is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry,  hatredor physical harm of any kind against any group or  individual;

8.2 harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

8.3 exploits people in a sexually violent manner such as  sadismor masochism, or any other form of violence expressed  towards a humanbeing;

8.4 exploits animals in a sexual manner, or any form of  bestiality;

8.5 exploits children of ages under 18 years old in any form;

8.6 solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

8.7 publicly posts information that poses or creates a  privacyor security risk to any person;

8.8 constitutes or promotes information that you know is  falseor misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that  isabusive, threatening, defamatory or libelous;

8.9 involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or  "spamming";

8.10  contains restricted or password only access pages or  hiddenpages or images (those not linked to or from another  accessible page);

8.11  furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

8.12  solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;

8.13  involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from ClassyContent.com such as contests,  sweepstakes,barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;

8.14  includes a photograph or video of another person that you  haveposted without that person's consent;

8.15  uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the  profile;

8.16  violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any  person; or

8.17  promotes propaganda and/or symbols of organizations  which areunconstitutional or illegal in your country.

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the ClassyContent.com Website and through your  use of theClassyContent.com Services. ClassyContent.com  reserves the right toinvestigate and take appropriate legal action  against anyone who, inClassyContent.com's sole discretion,  violates this provision, includingwithout limitation, reporting you  to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but  is not limited to:

8.18  criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, corruption of minors, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming,  sending ofviruses or other harmful files, intellectual property  rights (includingbut not limited to copyright, trademark and  patent infringement), ortheft of trade or industrial secrets;

8.19  advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or  impermissible useof the Perfect-Nude.com Services. You may  not transmit any chainletters or junk email to other Members. In  order to protect our Membersfrom such advertising or  solicitation, ClassyContent.com reserves theright to restrict the  number of emails which a Member may send to otherMembers  in any 24-hour period to a number which ClassyContent.com  deemsappropriate in its sole discretion.  If you breach this  Agreement andsend unsolicited bulk email, instant messages or  other unauthorizedcommercial communications of any kind  through the ClassyContent.comServices, you acknowledge that  you will have caused substantial harm toClassyContent.com, but  that the amount of such harm would be extremelydifficult to  ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, youagree  to pay ClassyContent.com USD $50 for each such unsolicited  emailor other unauthorized commercial communication you  send through theClassyContent.com Services;

8.20  circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or  modify,or encouraging or assisting any other person in  circumventing ormodifying any security technology or software  that is part of theClassyContent.com Services;

8.21  activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or  anyother computer code, files or programs that interrupt,  destroy or limitthe functionality of any computer software or  hardware, or otherwisepermit the unauthorized use of or access  to a computer or a computernetwork;

8.22  covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any ClassyContent.com page via  HTML/CSS or anyother means;

8.23  any automated use of the system, including but not  limited to,using scripts to add friends or send comments or  messages;

8.24  interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the ClassyContent.com Services or the networks or services  connected tothe ClassyContent.com Services;

8.25  impersonating or attempting to impersonate another  Member,person or entity;

8.26  using the account, username, or password of another  Member atany time or disclosing your password to any third  party or permittingany third party to access your account;

8.27  selling or otherwise transferring your profile;

8.28  using any information obtained from the ClassyContent.comServices in order to harass, abuse, or harm another  person or entity,or attempting to do the same;

8.29  displaying an unauthorized commercial advertisement on  yourprofile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a  third personin exchange for your performing any commercial  activity through theunauthorized or impermissible use of the  ClassyContent.com Services onbehalf of that person, such as  placing commercial content on yourprofile, posting blogs or  bulletins with a commercial purpose,selecting a profile with a  commercial purpose as one of your "Top"friends, or sending  private messages with a commercial purpose; or

8.30  using the ClassyContent.com Services in a manner  inconsistentwith any and all applicable laws and regulations.

9   Protecting Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property. ClassyContent.com respects the intellectual property of its  Members, andrequires that our users do the same. You may not  upload, embed, post,email, transmit or otherwise make available  any material that infringesany copyright, patent, trademark,  trade secret or other proprietaryrights of any ClassyContent.com  Member. ClassyContent.com has the rightto terminate the  Membership of infringers.

If you believe your personal work has been copied and posted on  orthrough the ClassyContent.com Services in a way that  constitutescopyright infringement, please send ClassyContent.com's Copyright Agenta notification of claimed  infringement with all of the followinginformation: (a) identification  of the copyrighted work claimed to havebeen infringed, or, if  multiple copyrighted works are covered by asingle notification, a  representative list of such works; (b)identification of the claimed  infringing material and informationreasonably sufficient to permit  us to locate the material on theClassyContent.com Services  (providing the URL(s) of the claimedinfringing material satisfies  this requirement); (c) informationreasonably sufficient to permit  us to contact you, such as an address,telephone number, and,  if available, an email address; (d) a statementby you that you  have a good faith belief that the disputed use is notauthorized by  the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) astatement by  you, made under penalty of perjury, that the aboveinformation in  your notification is accurate and that you are thecopyright owner  or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf;and (f) your  physical or electronic signature.  ClassyContent.com'sCopyright  Agent for notification of claimed infringement can bereached  copyrightagent@ClassyContent.com.  ClassyContent.com's  CopyrightAgent for notification of claimed infringement can also  be reachedelectronically by going to Contact us page.  ClassyContent.com providescertain tools and technologies to help  facilitate copyright owners’control over their copyrighted works.

10. Member Disputes. You are solely responsible for your  interactionswith other ClassyContent.com Members.  ClassyContent.com reserves theright, but has no obligation, to become  involved in any way withdisputes between you and other  Members.

11. Privacy. Use of the ClassyContent.com Services is also  governed byour Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this  Agreement by thisreference.

12. Disclaimers. ClassyContent.com is not responsible for and  makes nowarranties, express or implied, as to the User Content  or the accuracyand reliability of the User Content posted on or  through theClassyContent.comServices, whether caused by  Users of theClassyContent.com Services or by any of the  equipment or programmingassociated with or utilized in the  ClassyContent.com Services and suchUser Content does not  necessarily reflect the opinions or policies ofClassyContent.com.  Profiles and third party applications created andposted by  Members on the ClassyContent.com Website may contain links to other websites.  ClassyContent.com is not responsible for the  content,accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and  such websites arenot necessarily investigated, monitored or  checked for accuracy orcompleteness by ClassyContent.com.  Inclusion of any linked website onthe ClassyContent.com  Services does not imply approval or endorsement ofthe linked  website by ClassyContent.com.  When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.  ClassyContent.com takes  noresponsibility for third party advertisements or third party applications that are posted on or through the ClassyContent.com Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or  servicesprovided by its advertisers. ClassyContent.com is not  responsible forthe conduct, whether online or offline, of any User  of theClassyContent.com Services. ClassyContent.com assumes  no responsibilityfor any error, omission, interruption, deletion,  defect, delay inoperation or transmission, communications line  failure, theft ordestruction or unauthorized access to, or  alteration of, any User orMember communication. ClassyContent.com is not responsible for anyproblems or technical  malfunction of any telephone network or lines,computer online  systems, servers or providers, computer equipment,software,  failure of any email or players due to technical problems ortraffic  congestion on the Internet or on any of the ClassyContent.com Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage  toUsers or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the ClassyContent.com Services. Under no circumstances shall ClassyContent.com be responsible for any loss or damage,  includingpersonal injury or death, resulting from use of the  ClassyContent.comServices, attendance at a ClassyContent.com  event, from any User Contentposted on or through the Perfect- Nude.com Services, or from the conductof any Users of the  ClassyContent.com Services, whether online oroffline. The ClassyContent.com Services are provided "AS-IS" and asavailable and  ClassyContent.com expressly disclaims any warranty offitness for  a particular purpose or non-infringement. ClassyContent.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from  use ofthe ClassyContent.com Services. None of the files shown  onClassyContent.com Website are hosted on its servers. ClassyContent.comdoes not have any knowledge of the contents of the  files beingdistributed by its users. The links are provided solely  byClassyContent.com’s users. You may not use this site to  distribute ordownload any material which you do not have the  legal rights to.

13. Limitation on Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL ClassyContent.com BELIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR  ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,EXEMPLARY,  INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING  LOSTPROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE  ClassyContent.com SERVICES,EVEN IF ClassyContent.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF  SUCHDAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE  CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN,ClassyContent.com'S  LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL  TIMES BE LIMITED TOTHE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU  TO ClassyContent.com FOR THEClassyContent.com  SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.

14. U.S. Export Controls. Software available in connection with  theClassyContent.com Services (the "Software") is further subject  to UnitedStates export controls. No Software may be  downloaded from theClassyContent.com Services or otherwise  exported or re-exported inviolation of U.S. export laws.  Downloading or using the Software is atyour sole risk.

15. Disputes. The Agreement shall be governed by, and  construed inaccordance with, the laws of the State of New York,  without regard toits conflict of law provisions.  You and ClassyContent.com agree tosubmit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the  courts located within theState of New York to resolve any  dispute arising out of the Agreementor the ClassyContent.com  Services. EACH OF THE PARTIES HEREBYKNOWINGLY,  VOLUNTARILY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT  MAY HAVETO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY  LITIGATION (INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS,  COUNTERCLAIMS, CROSS-CLAIMS, OR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS) ARISING OUT OF, UNDER OR IN CONNECTION  WITH THIS AGREEMENT. FURTHER, EACH PARTY HERETO  CERTIFIES THAT NO REPRESENTATIVE OR AGENTOF  EITHER PARTY HAS REPRESENTED, EXPRESSLY OR  OTHERWISE, THAT SUCHPARTY WOULD NOT IN THE  EVENT OF SUCH LITIGATION, SEEK TO ENFORCE THIS WAIVER OF RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL PROVISION.  EACH OF  THE PARTIESACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS SECTION IS A  MATERIAL INDUCEMENT FOR THE OTHERPARTY  ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

16. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold ClassyContent.com, itssubsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective  officers, agents,partners and employees, harmless from any  loss, liability, claim, ordemand, including reasonable attorneys'  fees, made by any third partydue to or arising out of your use of  the ClassyContent.com Services inviolation of this Agreement  and/or arising from a breach of thisAgreement and/or any breach  of your representations and warranties setforth in this  Agreement and/or if any Content that you post on orthrough the  ClassyContent.com Services causes ClassyContent.com to be liable to another.

17. Other. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the ClassyContent.com Website or any of the ClassyContent.com  Services and isfurther affirmed by you becoming a Member. This  Agreement constitutesthe entire agreement between you and  ClassyContent.com regarding the useof the ClassyContent.com  Services. The failure of ClassyContent.com toexercise or enforce  any right or provision of this Agreement shall notoperate as a  waiver of such right or provision. The section titles inthis  Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. ClassyContent.com is a trademark of ClassyContent.com, Inc. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from  thisAgreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability  of anyremaining provisions.

18. If you are model, content provider agent, webmaster and you post modelsto ClassyContent.com you DO ( by signing this agreement) confirm that all modelsand images of models you post are 18 Years old or older. You are fully responsable for content you post. you must mantain and keep 2257 for each model that you postto ClassyContent.com
